Complaint
received complaint that facility was using a person's serv safe that no longer works there. Also, facility is cooking crawfish outside and out of compliance of the health dept.

> Did inspection of exterior and no evidence was found at time of inspection. > Spoke to owner by phone (vacationing in Maine) who stated that they had a crawfish cookoff competition and participants were cooking under tents. Asked about " All You Can Eat" Crawfish and she admitted that they were cooked outside under a tent. > Advised that crawfish should only be cooked in cook house (or kitchen) and that they needed a finer mesh screen on the cook house before they use it again. > Discuss Serv Safe Managers and she stated she had two. Advised her that I needed proof- Received proof > No pouring of any grey water on ground * violation of city, state, and federal laws.
