During the following complaint, I observed: Went to food facility and spoke with manager on duty. The daughter was the one who supposedly had the tea incident. Nobody at food facility is sure who blew in the tea jug. Person couldn't be identified by complaintant. Unsubstantiated complaint. Did blow in a tea just & will pop out. -Received complaint on 7/16/15 that employee(s) were blowing into the tea jugs to expand them out before filling with tea. Spoke with corporate Captain D's and they were unaware of an expandable tea jug, but no employee should be blowing or putting their mouth on the tea jug spout/spigot. Spoke with owner & manager. Manager is aware of the complaint. Stated they don't have any expandable tea jugs. If there is a dent or something on the tea jug, it is filled with hot tea to push it back out. Reminded him to go over policy & procedure with employees to make sure everyone understands.
