burgers they order were raw. they got sick and went to the hospital. couple received shots for vomiting and nausea. they saved burgers and wanted them tested.

Observed cooking of large patties at the following temperatures: 162F, 159F, 178F, 173, 165F. Observed hot holding of cooked burgers at the following temperatures: 153F, 167F. Cooking and hot holding temperatures were in range of the requirements.
