I went and ate thier, got very sick the next day. Waitress were yelling and fighting, i suspect drug use by blond waitress two went into restroom together. Thier hair was down, dangling in my food as they brought it to me. Fly were all over tge buffet foid. Not clean food on floor and dirt caked under tables. Just a dirty place. Bad service. They need to be looked at. I watched the cooks bring food to warmer no gloves, long hair hanging in pony tail no hair net. No air conditoner. Very hot in there can only imagine the sweat that was in my food as it was prepared.

Complaint received. Customer stated that they became ill after eating at the facility. Conducted complaint inspection. 1. Observed lack of manager certification. 2. Observed dirty container in one of the hand sinks (kitchen area). 3. Observed raw meat over RTE foods (watermelon). 4. Observed personal items in food preparation area (purse, cell phone). 5. Observed expired and undated food in the cooler. 6. Observed sanitizer bucket being poured into another hand sink (behind counter). 1. Awaiting information on e-foods certification. Given manager ServSafe info and other sources of manager certification. 2. Staff removed dirty container from hand sink (kitchen area). 3. RTE foods placed on shelf above raw meat. 4. Staff removed personal items from food preparation area. 5. Expired foods were discarded and other food items were dated. 6. Informed manager that hand sink is to be used for hand washing only. Sanitizer bucket wastewater can be poured down 3-compartment sink or the mop sink.
