My co worker and I Visited restaurant at approximately 12pm ordered hot wings with ranch dressing I received my foot at 1241 pm at that time I informed the waitress I prefer bleu cheese. she brought #2 containers of bleu cheese dressing to the table. I consumed one container and added salt to the remaining container. we settled our check at 102pm and headed back to work. I placed the container of bleu cheese dressing on my desk, walked to lab, when I returned maggots had surfaced to lid of container. I contacted the restaurant and advised them of findings, they asked that I return to restaurant with container. when I arrived, the owner insinuated that I harvest maggots and she wasn't certain how the maggots appeared in dressing. she and kitchen staff conducted maggot test on bar with salt, however, I was not impressed. the manager failed to offer refund.
