Complaint Facility  SD BROTHERS, LLC/ FILL- UP MART  Date Of Complaint  04/08/2019  Complaint Type  Other  Complaint  Owner of car business next door called and said this is his 4th time calling health dept bout sewage and grease running on side of fence onto his property   Investigation Start Date  04/11/2019  InvestigationHistory  Visited this facility with SerenaJohnson on a complaint that wastewater from this facility was leaving the property and running onto another. Upon arriving, wastewater was observed pooling in one area and leaving the property in another on back of the building. No problem of sewage was observed backing up into the facility. The owner was contacted and once he arrived at the site, he was informed of the problem observed. He consented to starting repairs immediately and completing it by Saturday evening. Follow-up will be done. Owner did contact another plumber and the corrective action was detailed. 04/16/2019 Revisited facility and all repair work has been done.
