Visited this facility on a the above complaint and discussed with mgt/owner. Rat dropping were observed throughout this facility. Rodents had also torn into packaged snacks. Urine was observed in storage area above the walk-in cooler. Front prep area was observed with much rodent dropping. The facility was also observed with old food debris under, on and around counters and other food and non-food contact surfaces. As a result of the imminent health hazard due to rodent contamination and possible diseases, this facility has voluntarily agreed with health inspector on ceasing food prepping and scaling to the public. This facility will cease operations until released with a follow-up inspection(5/20/19).
