a lady and her husband ate about 6:00pm on 9/19/06 and with in 5 to 15 mins of leaving became very ill...They both had Steak Fajitas, Rice, Beans, sourcream. and Guacamole. they experienced stomach cramps then nausea. later had diarreah and vomiting. Duration for lady was 1 hr and 30 mins approx and husband symptoms lasted thru to next morning. He is immune defficiant.

Inspections observations... 1.) Observed ho hand towels or soap at back handsink by ice bin. 2.) Observed food product on floor in cooler- 2 pots of salsa and containers of shredded cheese. 3.) Observed 2 pots of food placed on floor in grill prep area to cool. 4.) Observed several with gloves contaminate by touching body parts. Inspection Corrections... 1.) Should be corrected ASAP 2.) Corrected- picked up off floor fail due to repeat. 3.) Corrected- picked up off floor 4.) corrected- Mgr. explain correct procedure on glove use in spanish. Will follow up by 10/02/06 follow up showed all corrections made.
