Complaint	Complainant stated that the dining area was extremely dirty on Sat. Feb.1, 2003 around 9:00 P.M. Food was spilled on the floor and around the buffet.

InvestigationHistory	The owner was contacted regarding the complaint. He stated that on the evening OF 2/1/2003 the restaurant was extremely busy and employees had trouble keeping up with the normal cleaning schedule. He stated that they would take steps to correct the problem. He agreed to meet with an environmentalist to discuss the matter . 2/20/2003 No critical violations were observed during inspection. The cleaning schedule was discussed with the manager. The dining room and buffet areas were in order at the time of 10:00 am inspection. Unannounced inspections by RCHD will be conducted throughout the next year.
