3 people in family got food poison and they did not go to hospital. all 3 were vomiting and diarrehea. ate at taco bell at 7pm last night 2/3/21

Met with Manager and explained the complaint. The manager was the one on duty on 2/3/21. Manager and Inspector looked at what could have caused the illness. All temps were in compliance, 41 and below for cold items and 135 for items being hot held. All hand washing sinks were supplied and being used by staff. Staff also had on gloves when touch ready to eat food. All food was separated, protected and in date. Manager is aware of complaint and will continue to stay in compliance and be aware any non compliance issues that could cause a Illness.
