InvestigationHistory
Inspector met with manager about complaint. Manager stated she did not hear anything about a customer finding rat feces in their food. Manager stated a lady did get very upset on the day the complaint was made. The facility is currently only allowing take out and only allowing a few people inside to wait on food. The others must wait outside and the facility will call them once food is ready. The manager stated a lady was upset because she had to wait outside and when she called to tell them that she wanted to change order, someone at the facility hung up on her. Manager stated that she was on phone with cook who couldn’t understand her and was very busy at the time. When the lady came inside she was very upset that her order was ready and she couldn’t Change it, She raised voice and yelled at staff. Inspector informed manager that she could not say for sure that the lady that raised her voice was the same lady that found rat feces in her food, and due to this a inspection for any evidence of pest will need to be completed. Inspector found no evidence of pest feces in the entire facility. Manager also showed inspector how fried rice is prepared and boxed for to go orders. Manager then showed where the to go boxes are stored before used and then how they are used in to go orders. There was no evidence of pest feces in any of the storage areas or process of to go orders. Manager stated that pest control comes to facility once every three months in order to inspect and spray for pest.
