While inside waiting for pizza to be completed, staff were seen not using gloves to spread toppings on pizzas. Cross contamination as well as allergy issues were a massive problem. No worker had on a uniform either.

Spoke with complainant. Explained handling of raw food. Wiliam will review for clean uniforms and hair nets on next visit. LT. Spoke with manager John Cameron re no uniforms. John is aware of handwashing, and no uniform means they don't work. He is on this and thinks there is a personal issue between complainant and employee but will be aware of issues regardless. LT
