As a regular customer, I have recently witnessed unsanitary practices and rude behavior from the employees, which I believe pose a risk to public health and safety. Firstly, I have noticed that some employees at Coffee Talk allow dogs to lick their hands while they are preparing and serving coffee. This practice is highly unsanitary and goes against proper hygiene standards. Dogs carry various bacteria and germs in their mouths, and allowing them to come into contact with food or beverages can lead to the transmission of harmful pathogens. I am concerned that this practice could result in food borne illnesses and other health hazards for customers. I kindly request the Health Department to conduct an investigation into these matters and take appropriate action to ensure that Coffee Yall complies with the necessary health and safety regulations. It is crucial that the employees are educated about proper hygiene practices and that measures are implemented to prevent the presence of animals in areas where food and beverages are prepared or served. Additionally, addressing the issue of rude behavior and enforcing customer service standards would greatly improve the overall experience at the coffee shop. I am confident that the Health Department's intervention will help rectify these issues and ensure the well-being of the customers at Coffee Talk. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful for any updates or actions taken. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious concern.
