Caller stated that the facility is not cooling food to the proper temperature, no sanitizing buckets, no paper towels at handwashing sink, dishwasher not at the proper heat temperature, no test strips to test chemicals before using, and also major cross contamination. Also stated facility does not always have a serv safe manager on site.
