I used to work in this restaurant and in my time there I learned some of their dirty secrets. For one, right before inspection time they do a very good cleaning of the entire restaurant to make sure it would meet standards. Also, very few times on the night shift do people wear gloves therefore leading to much cross-contamination. Roaches are very abundant and crawl all over the entire building and often end up in the ice cream machine and in the tea containers. Straws are delivered to the store in boxes and come uncovered and employees stick the straws in the customers drinks with their hands after they've touched money and prepared food. It is actually rather interesting how many complaints are received because of the straw situation. I really think this needs to be further investigated.

InvestigationHistory
I made a site investigation and talked to Mgr. Autry Beard. No roaches were observed at time of inspection. The Mgr. has a glove use policy in place for day shift and night shift employees. All employees that were involved in ready to eat operations were using gloves. I did find a box of unwraped straws in a box. This is not a critical violation. The mgr, howerver will have the employees use gloves or deli paper to handle the straws.
