InvestigationHistory
Discussed complaint with manager. Observed no critical violations in facility. Watch personal items and make sure they stay in large container away from prep surfaces. Cinnamon and pasta twists are kept in containers under fryer. Recommend keeping this in dry storage room instead of near cook line. All sanitizers are in correct range and are not too strong. Chemicals all in designated area away from food and food contact surfaces. Degreaser is used to clean holding cabinet where twists are stored. Make sure cabinet is empty when cleaning. Also make sure to rinse with regular water after cleaning. Smell may come from residue from cleaning cabinets. No contamination observed. Beef is stored in bags which are heated and placed directly into containers for service. All containers are cleaned and sanitized at proper concentrations. Burning sensation of mouth could be food allergy related. Food allergens are posted on menu.
