Complaint
On July 7, 2024, Amanda Ellzey made a Facebook post showing multiple crawling roaches at Applebee's in Laurel. The post went viral, with several news outlets picking up the story. On July 9, 2024, Scott Stephenson of the Department of Health gave this establishment an A rating. I do not understand how this is possible. I want this restaurant to be successful and I feel bad for the employees, but nobody wants to eat at a place with a roach infestation.
