did inspection for complaint of food borne illness from eating steak house burger 7/6/2008 > Burgers are cooked from a frozen state > Mgr placed steak house burger on grill and tempted 186F > Burger is then placed on bun with cheese, tomato, mayo, and A-1 sauce. > Tempted cut tomatoes at 63F: Advised that must keep cut tomatoes at 41F or below at all times per MSDH( first time facility was notified of this rule) No other complaiants taken but will keep monitoring
