Received complaint of foul smell coming from the onsite spray system.

Called facility. No problems in facility with water back up, drains, odor or other. Owner stated MSDH WW and installer checked his system and found no malfunction. Stated the lagoon next door at school often causes odor in the area, that could be the source. Adam advised Les of potential lagoon as source and he declined to make referral to mdeq. Will conduct Permit inspection In Sept. lt.
