InvestigationHistory
Complaint inspection for flies and cat in kitchen. On the day of inspection, no evidence of flies or cats were found. As for the cat, there was a hole in the wall where the exterior siding had fallen and the cat entered through it. Since then, maintenance has repaired siding and the hole is no longer accessible. When I entered the school I noticed part of the problem. It was about student arrival time and both entrance doors were propped wide open. As the bell rang for school to start, the doors on the other side of the kitchen to the classrooms was propped wide open.
