Dine in 11/10/2024 around 3 pm. Immediately noticed symptoms of food borne illness around 8 pm. By 10 met with all major symptoms of food poisoning. Ate burnt ends brisket plate, potato salad and baked beans. 2 adults, both sick.

I went through prep process of the burnt ends and baked beans. I found no issues with the cooking prepping or holding temperatures for the baked beans and the burnt ends. The potato salad is bought from an outside source and held at 38° in the walk-in cooler and the prep cooler. Instructed Facility to make sure brisket out of the cooler is reheated to 165 before it's placed in the hot holding unit
