Facility has open and paid permit inspection. Will combine. Lt. all temps on hotline at 135 and higher. And cold holding at 41 and below , timed products such as lettuce and sliced tomatoes properly dated and time stamped. sani buckets at 200 ppm and test strips available. no cross contamination issues identified at time of inspection.
