Caller stated that there are roaches in the ice cream machine, the cooking grill is filthy, and also the facility is extremely filthy and needs to be cleaned.

In reference to complaint: Facility has new manager and she has been cleaning the facility. Ice cream machine is cleaned once a week. Did not observe any roaches during inspection and facility nor the grill did not appear excessively filthy. Need to clean grease buildup behind and under cooking equipment.
