Complaint	Caller stated that the facility has a bad odor of sewage and also standing sewage water can be seen in the kitchen by the back door. Also there are maggots inside the kitchen as well.

InvestigationHistory	observed raw sewage around the back of building and in floor drains in dishwashing area. observed an employee walk through what appears to be backed up sewage water cease and desist issued for immediate closure. correct issue asap and properly clean and sanitize all food areas in facility and around building. will reopen once everything has been repaired and properly cleaned and sanitized.
