I have worked at this facility for two years. I believe they are not practicing proper food safety. On the positives, they use utensils to serve the food on the bar and keep the area relatively clean. The problem is they don't change their gloves when they move to a different area (such as going to the freezer or elsewhere) A big problem lies in the grill area. The server does not change their gloves after cooking the meat (and handling raw meat with the tongs). They proceed directly to dressing the food. And I also notice them changing the trash can and not changing their gloves. I believe this is unsafe. Also, there is no guard barrier to protect the food on the table from customers. I informed the cafeteria managers of this problem months ago, several times, but no changes have been made. Please help. Thanks.
