Our family went to dine on 01/11/2009. The meat tasted sour. My husband told the waiter and nothing was done. We did not finish our meal, paid our bill and left. My husband called back and spoke to the manager whom said that he would look into it. The mananger did call back and stated that they had found some "old" meat that they were throwing out and that they would leave a gift certificate for us for the next time we dined. Even though the thought is nice, I do not know if I will want to eat somewhere that serves old, sour meat. Needless to say, everyone that ate any of the meat developed stomach cramps and diarreah (sp?).

I discussed complaint with mgr. Manager stated that the ground beef was burnt. After customer notified manager, g.beef was discarded. I discussed the followiing with manager-employees must cook g. beef properly to 165 degrees and cooks/managers should also check for quality. I observed cooked g. beef on steamtable at 200 degrees. Manager stated there are no left-overs-meat is cooked daily.
