Two orders of Hot Hot Wings - my two teenage sons completed the consumption of approx. 6-8 wings a piece when I noticed the bloody bones. I immediately stopped them and notified the servier (Heather G.) She notified the manager (female) who never came to our table nor spoke with us regarding the undercooked chicken - very undercooked. I checked the exposed bones (eaten bones) and discovered every bone was bloody with a significant amount of raw area exposed. After notifying the server, she reported to the manager the issues and returned to say they would take "15% off the bill or something". The manager never addressed the issues with us. Upon receipt of the bill my husband took the bill to the manager and informed her that we would NOT be paying for the wings (order of 20 per person X2). She finally agreed yet never apologized nor checked the quality of the wings. There was ZERO concern for the seriously undercooked quality of the food products. A 5th guest at our table ordered fish and fries - consumed approx 1/3 of the meal. Within 1 hour of consumption she was severely ill (vomiting, diarrhea, mild dizziness), remained ill for 3 days post consumption. She was so ill that she was forced to go to sick call on the Keesler AFB and miss 3 days of work/class.

ALL CHICKEN WINGS (DELIVERED FRESH NEVER FROZEN) ARE PULLED FROM WALK IN COOLER AND PLACED IN COOLER WITH BATTER. THEY ARE COOKED TO ORDER AND PULLED FROM BATTER AND PLACED IN FRYER. FRYERS ARE SET TO 350 DEGREES AND WINGS COOKED APPROX. 8 MINS (OR MORE) FISH AND FRIES COME IN FROZEN AND ARE MOVED FROM THE FREEZER DIRECTLY INTO FRYERS OBSERVED EMPLOYEE PLACE RAW MEAT ON THE GRILL WITH GLOVED HANDS AND CONTINUE TO TOUCH FOOD CONTACT SURFACES (HANDSINK AND DISHWARE) WITH THE SAME SOILED GLOVES CORRECTED AND EMPLOYEE ADVISED BY MGR TO CHANGE GLOVES AND ADVISED ON PROPER GLOVE USE - EMPLOYEES SHOULD CHANGE GLOVES AFTER HANDLING ALL RAW FOOD ALL SURFACES TOUCHED WITH SOILED GLOVES CLEANED AND SANITIZED WILL FOLLOW UP AT NEXT SCHEDULED INSPECTION
