THE AM SHIFT HAS AN EMPLOYEE THAT IS WEARING HIS PANTS SO LOW THAT HIS BUTT AND GENITALS ARE SHOWING. HE SAID THEY ARE TOUCHING THE AREA THAT HE IS PREPARING THE FOOD IN. HE DOESN'T FEEL THIS IS A VERY SANITARY WAY TO SERVE FOOD TO THE PUBLIC. ARE THERE ANY GUIDLINES AS TO DRESS CODES THAT THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD ADHERE TO. PLEASE CHECK OUT.

InvestigationHistory
I called facility to speak to owner about complaint. Mgr stated owner had left about 30 minutes. I read complaint to manager. She stated they had issues with the employee-sagging pants and they will deal the employee. I told the manager that the Food Code states that employees shall wear clean clothes and it does not address uniforms. The manager stataed that Wards does have a dress code-employees wear logo t-shirts and belts. I also discussed hygiene-if employees are touching clothes, body, etc, they must wash hands before preparing food to prevent contamination. Owner called the office and left msn with clerk stating that the problem had been taken care of.
