Tables were being wiped down with a "dry" rag using no cleaning agents. Tables and seats were visibly filthy with grease, syrup, salt, food residue, etc. Condiment containers were greasy and dirty. Food preparation area at grill was not clean. Counters were in the same condition as the tables. Server acted as if I were being too demanding, so I left the premises. This restaurant is a breeding ground for germs, viruses, and hepatitis. This problem needs to be taken care of, or they should not be allowed to operate.

Did not see complaint on list until 7/30/09. Conducted complaint inspection 7/31/09. District manager at facility at time of inspection. Complaint was also called in to corporate office. Manager stated he spoke to employees about sanitizing and keeping tables sanitized with wiping cloths from sanitizer buckets. Buckets tested around 100ppm chlorine. Observed employees wiping tables with sanitized wiping cloths. Need to test sanitizer buckets each time it's made with chlorine test strips. (50-100ppm)
