Responed to complaint and did full inspection with no criticals Salsa was kept at 36F in both walk in and front cooler > made fresh daily with can tomatoes and chilies, fresh onion, garlic, cilantro > lettuse is chopped fresh daily after sanitizing area No follow up needed
