I was a customer on April 7, 2010 and I noticed very unsanitary conditions in this restaurant. The oil in which the fries were cooked in was very black and the fries tasted terrible. I also noticed that the cooks were not wearing protective gloves and the cooks did not look as if they were practicing proper hygiene. They looked as if they had not showered nor washed their hair and I also noticed dirt under the cashier's nails at the front counter. I attempted to get the manager's attention and she was constantly talking on her cell phone and ignoring the request that a customer wanted to speak with her. The manager's name is Yolanda Wooten. I was very upset and I will no longer visit this restaurant and I will make sure to let all of my friends and family know of the unhealthy and unsanitary conditions of this restaurant.

INSPECTOR WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE COLOR OF THE GREASE IN THE FRY VAT FROM THE SERVING COUNTER.. COOKS MUST WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING READY TO EAT FOOD, AND DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN FRYING OR NOT TOUCHING FOOD WITH HANDS. INSPECTOR DISCUSSED WITH MANAGER PROPER HYGENE AS TO HAIR WASHING, CLEAN NAILS, ETC.
