08/18/10--observed the walk in cooler holding food products between 51-55F.owner placed raw products into another cooler and voluntarily discarded the held over products. 08/19/10--walk in cooler condensor was ordered... raw shrimp and boiled crabs were in cooler on ice. held over gumbo was in cooler holding at 53F and owner voluntarily discarded item. investigated about packaging, cooking, cooling and employee sick policy.
