InvestigationHistory
Environmentalist discussed ( through a translator on telephone) that employees who are performing cooking dutiies must wear gloves so that they do not comtaminate RTE foods. The men who are cooking are wearing caps - these are approved via the food code. The women do not have hairnets' however, they are working the counter- taaking orders and receiving the money - they are not filling the orders( this is done by the cooks. Complaint indicated that she observed employees were mopping the floor and performing cooking duties at the same time. the Manager denied that this is happening . I discussed however that this situation shoukd never happen. If cook does need to mop floor - they should not be cooking at the same time and after the task is finished they shouuld wash their hand and arms and thien done gloves before returning to cooking task
