I went to this restaurant on 11/5/10 night and was served under cooked chicken. I wasn't aware until after I had consumed several bites. I also ate black beans, rice, and drank water without ice. I started experiencing cramps, diarrhea, fever, and headaches. Could you please look into the matter? THanks

11/16/2010: Inspector performed a full risk based inspection. No critical violations were observed during this inspection. All cold and hot holding temps were in compliance. All chicken products are cooked from a raw state, not frozen. Also the cook has a thermometer to check the internal cook temp of the product before pulling it off the grill for serving.
