BOUGHT 5 SANDWICHES; BECAME SICK 3 OF THEM ;I.E., CLUB, SPICY ITALIAN A ND COLD CUT AND ALSO 3 INDIVIDUALS. ONE IMMEDIATELY BUT THEN ALL 3 ABOUT 6 HRS. AFTER; DIDN'T GO TO DR. OR HOSPITAL. SYMPTOMS NAUSEA, VOMITING, STOMACH CRAMPS AND DIARRHEA

GIVEN REPORT COMPLAINT 11/30/10. TALKED TO ONE INDIVIDUAL ; THE MOST COMMON DENOMINATOR WAS MAYONASISE AND OTHER CONDIMENTS.FOOD ITEMS ON PREP TABLE RANGED FROM 38 TO 41 INCLUDING COLD CUTS.COVERED WITH MGR. WHO STATED MAYONAISSE AND OTHER DRESSING CHANGED DAILY. THEY ARE RECEIVED FROM SUBWAY IN PACKAGE FORM AND ,DAILY, PLACED IN FOOD PREP CONTAINERS. CONTAINERS AT NIGHT ARE WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED. QUAT SANITIZER 200 PP.P.M. TOLD IF KEPT OVER 24 HRS. MUST BE CODE-DATED. THEN YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO USE. MAKE SURE GLOVES ARE CHANGED WHEN NECESSARY AND HANDS ARE PROPERLY WASHED PRIOR TO PLACING NEW GLOVES ON. ALSO CONDIMENT CONTAINERS SHOULD BE LABELED.
