Complaint	recieved complaint that store has rodent infestation in storage area and deli area. Bread products are being eaten.

InvestigationHistory	Observed several bread products damages from rodents. took photo documentation of evidence Advised Mgr to address problem immediately: all possible entries must be sealed and rodents must be eliminated. will follow up in 10 days . 02/07/2011 Went back to store and Mgr had new pest service with Eco Lab.
