03/16/2011 Complainant ate at Waffle House on the morning of 3/15/11. Complainant ate biscuit with gravy and drank water. By the time the complainant made it home (within 30 minutes) his head was spinning and unable to put keys in the door. Complainant went the the doctor and begin to throw up real bad.

At time of inspection, I spoke with Kasey Pinkleton (manager) with regards to the complaint. The following observed at time of inspection: -Biscuits with Gravy observed at 150F -Automatic dishwasher which uses hot water as a sanitizer is only getting up to 140F during final rinse cycle -Wiping cloth sanitize waters at five (5) stations, the concentration of the sanitizer was either too much sanitizer or not enough sanitizer At time of inspection, new wiping cloth santizers were made at all five (5) stations. Verified and checked to have a proper concentration. Repair service was contacted at time of inspection to repair the HOT WATER SANITIZING DISHWASHER. Followup to be done. ________________________________________________ 3/17/2011 Followup at the facility on the HOT WATER SANITIZING DISHWASHER. At time of inspection final rinse cycle was reading 180F.
