they have flies all over there hotbar half their lunch meats isnt wrapped right, roaches under the cooler in the kitchen, tables are never swept under, doesnt use gloves to clean their chicken, livers, and gizzards, never have sanitary water, water for their dishes is always greasy

*Observed 1 fly in the kitchen area.Ecolab maintains fly lights. *Did not observe any evidence of roaches. *Kitchen floors including under counters and equipment was clean. *Deli meats are opened, sliced then resealed with date. *Informed employees at facility of changing sanitization every 2-4 hours. Sanitization bucket was not set-up...employee set-up to 200 ppm Quat.
