CALLER COMPLAINED OF BECOMING ILL AFTER EATING AT RESTAURANT ON SUN. OCT. 23RD AT 2:30 PM. MENU ENTREE WAS SEAFOOD PORTIFINO. FIRST BECAME ILL AT 12:30 AM OCT.24TH. ADMITTED THE NEXT MORNING TO ST. DOMINIC'S HOSPITAL. DISCHARGED 8:30 PM OCT. 25TH. NO SPECIFIC BACTERIA OR VIRUS WAS ISOLATED, BUT DOCTOR MADE DIAGNOSIS OF FOOD POISONING.

REVIEWED TEMP LOGS/HAACP RECORDS OF OCT. 23RD. MANAGER STATED THAT NO OTHER COMPLAINTS HAD BEEN RECEIVED ON THIS DATE. A ROUTINE, SCHEDULED INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED ON OCT. 19TH. NO VIOLATIONS WERE NOTED. INSPECTED ALL HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF PRODUCTS ON COOK LINE. ALL FOOD PRODUCTS WERE HELD IN PROPER TEMPERATURE RANGE. NO VIOLATIONS OF PROBLEMS WERE OBSERVED.
