4 guest ate at on 10/23/2011 around 1pm. Two became ill that night and 1 next day, last never became ill. Foods that were eaten in common were HAM, SALMON, STEAMED RICE and GREEN BEANS. No dr/er visit was made. 2 had vomiting, diarrah and still have diarrah. 1 had just sick to stomach feeling.

Inspected facility at 1pm: ham, salmon come in frozen and are put into freezer as soon delivered. Ham and salmon go from freezer to over to cook. Green Beans are fresh and are stored in cooler until cooked. GB's are stir fried then placed on buffet, only amount that is cooked is amount needed for buffet. Rice is steamed in rice steamers. No ham was present to temp, it is only put on buffet at dinner and weekends. Rice was temped in steamer and on buffet line, all temps were in compliance. Salmon on buffet line was in compliance for temp. Green beans on buffet was also in compliance.
