Had lunch today at Chili's in Olive Branch and the chicken breast sandwich was raw. This is the second time receiving a raw chicken breast at this location.

Spoke with manager on duty with regards to the complaint. Discussed with manager about the importance of cooking raw foods to proper internal tempertures. Cook all poultry to a safe minimum internal temperature of 165 F as measured with a food thermometer. Manager to speak with all cooks about proper cooking procedures. I received the written procedures the facility have for cooking chicken breast. Also , at time of inspection, I observed bare hand contact on a ready to eat food (cheese sticks) by an employee. The cheese sticks was voluntarily discarded by the manager.
