This complaint was forwarded to Madison Co. Health Dept from Central Office.......the complaint pertained to a customer who was displeased with the type of hamburger bun she received and the inablility to switch the bun out for what she wanted.

12-28-2011: Inspector discussed complaint with day manager. He was unaware of the issue, as it occurred during the late evening. We both agreed that complaint was more of a service issue than an issue of food safety. However, the manager stated that if the bun the customer wanted was available, for a potential cost difference, they could have made her a new burger using that bun and allowed her to keep the initial burger or discard it.
