visited 03-20-12; hamburger was raw in center, definitely not cooked to temperature as required; notified manager; obtained refund; I am food safety certified - this is not an acceptable practice, but a dangerous one; I hope I don't get sick. Manager apologized; cook should have been able to tell it was undercooked even if temperature was not taken with digital thermometer.

Caller complaint to RCHD stated customer allegedly ordered a hamburger & it was raw in the middle. I went to facility & discussed the complaint with the manager & she quoted to me their cooking procedures regarding time & temp checks & I did not see any violations of the cooking process at this visit. I had just conducted a thorough routine inspection of cooking & temp procedures a few weeks prior to this complaint.
