Stopped in at night and overheard staff wondering why "Grandma" was working with an active staff infection and another worker was operating the lunch shifts while sick with shingles. Also, poked my head into the kitchen during one of the lunch shifts and noticed that no gloves were being used during preparatory stages of the cooking. Good food, but these details make it unappetizing.
