MR. LAYMAN CAME INTO JA ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICE WITH A LETTER COMPLAINING ABOUT AND TO DISCUSS HIS CONCERNS ABOUT THE DANGEROUS FOOD HANDLING HABITS AT THE WAFFLE HOUSE RESTAURANTS (SPECIFICALLY THIS FACILITY AND ANOTHER LOCAL FACILITY), I.E. THE COOKS HANDLING RAW MEAT W/THEIR BARE HANDS OR GLOVES AND THEN WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS OR REMOVING THE GLOVES, THE PROCEED TO HANDLE UTENSILS AND FINISHED FOOD PRODUCTS...THESE ARE THINGS THAT HE HAS PERSONALLY WITNESSED...HE ALSO STATED THAT HE HAS BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGEMENT AT THE FACILITIES...HIS LETTER WAS CC'D TO MS STATE DEPT OF HEALTH AND WAFFLE HOUSE OFFICE IN NORCROSS, GA...

observed two cooks place gloves on without first washing hands--cook handled raw bacon then bread without washing and regloving hands.(COMPLAINT ISSUE) critical violations have been corrected.
