I purchased a Turkey from that Deli and it made me and my family sick. May I suggest that you inspect this Deli around Christmas when they will be selling these Turkey dinner packages again. I think you should see how they are thawing the turkeys and storing this food before cooking it. The turkey I purchased wasn't even fully cooked, neither was the vegetables that came with it. After this and seeing how nasty that deli was when I picked up my order I will never shop there again!

PHONED STORE AND SPOKE WITH THE DELI MANAGER ABOUT COMPLAINT. MANAGER STATES THAT THEY RECEIVE THE TURKEYS COOKED AND FROZEN. TURKEYS ARE THAWED IN THE COOLER FOR 2 DAYS. WHEN THEY RECEIVE AN ORDER A TURKEY IS PULLED AND HEATED IF REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER AND HELD IN THE LOW WARMER OR ALTO SHAAM UNTIL PICK-UP. OTHERWISE IT IS HELDED IN THE COOLER AND SOLD COLD. THE CUSTOMER IS GIVEN VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO HEAT/PREPARE THE TURKEY. MANGER WAS NOT SURE IF HEAT INSTRUCTIONS WERE INCLUDED IN BOX OF TURKEY. MANAGER STATES IT IS PROTOCOL TO CHECK TEMPS BUT CANNOT SAY IF THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED. YAM, GREEN BEANS, AND CORN ARE CANNED AND HEATED PRIOR TO SELLING. DRESSING IS MADE FROM SCRATCH (NO EGG PRODUCT USED) AND SOLD COOKED. THEY COOK CHICKEN AND USE AS AN INGREDIENT IN DRESSING. ALL OF THE BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED TOGETHER ONCE RICE IS COOKED (BROCCOLI, RICE, AND CAN CHEESE), THEN BAKED/HEATED. ADVISED MANAGER THAT I WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH AN INSPECTION NEXT MONTH AND TO ENSURE THAT TEMPERATURES ARE TAKEN ON FOOD PRODUCTS, STORE IS CLEANED DAILY, AND EMPLOYEES ARE PRACTICING GOOD HYIGENE WHEN HANDLING FOOD.
