The district supervisor was present at this store when I arrived - he had spoken with the person about the complaint and had sugggested that the person should see a doctor, however, the person refused to do so. I requested that the supervisor and manager explain the process of cooking and constructing the the sunriser meal. the process follows: Sausage are cooked from a frozen stae in a convection oven to 165 degrees F. and then placed in a warmer at 140 degreess F hot holding ( sausages are wasted after one hour) Eggs ( liquid/pasturized) are cooked on grill in a square form to 150 degrees plus and placed into the warmer at 140 degrees hot holding ( eggs are wasted after 30 min.) Cheese (processed american) is held in refridgeration at or below 41 degrees F. Bun - steamed and are wasted after 90 min. All ingredients are labeled with directions for safe handling
