Complaint
Went to McDonalds around 9:40 A.M. this morning and witnessed again, tea sitting out in open buckets on a table in the drive through area. We have been noticing debris in the tea and on the 29th? filled our first complaint in which we actually found a bug in the tea, after drinking the full cup. Sent pictures and audio confirmation to MDHS, see previous complaint. We once again have photo proof that Tea is being left out opened up, in which debris is getting into it. I can resubmit all evidence that is date and time stamped showing the open pails. The first complaint I actually got the cup and tray they were using to dip into the pails to serve customers tea. Incident WOULD be on video tape if cameras are facing the table that the tea is stored on.

InvestigationHistory
Follow up complaint was done on complaint 01/03/14 > Viewed all video footage for of tea and drive thru between 3:00AM & 3:30AM on 12/29/2013 and the angle of the video for the drive-thru only shows the cashier and the drive-thru window. The table with the red buckets of tea are not in view. > Viewed next camera angle and only the corner of the tea prep table was in view but no footage of the tea prep area was available. During visit observed 3 food grade containers, 2 Red (Sweet Tea) and one Green (Un-sweet Tea) on table that was in picture provided by complainant. 2 buckets were cooling and in process of being covered and dated. No violations were observed. > Advised GM that although cooling teas was not a violation that they may need to move or relocate cooling table away from plasma light mounted on the wall. The GM advised that she would comply. There will be no further follow-ups on this complaint.
