On 5/24/2014 my family and I visited this restaurant we noticed that the grade was not visible for the customers to see. Also, the cooks didn't wear hair nets, gloves, nor hats while food was being prepared. We really thought this was not a very safe way to prepare food.

During this visit, letter grades were posted but partially blocked by tray of brochures which was removed. Employees were washing hands and putting on gloves as we approached the prepping area and all employees were wearing hair nets during this visit. Did inform PIC of full complaint.
