hours of salad bar 7am-8pm. some food items are kept over from the bar after closing. all salad bar items are kept and prepared in the walk-in produce cooler. walk-in cooler=strawberries40F, ranch dressing=42F, tomatoes42F salad bar=cut watermelon47F, diced ham40F, chopped eggs39F, rice pudding43F, blue cheese dressing55F, Italian dressing54F, pasta salad49F, lobster salad49, slaw48F. manager will place a 4 hour hold time on food items on the salad bar and discard after this time until unit is repaired. 07/28/2014-manager reported that the salad bar is still not functioning properly and is not in operation at this time. he will call when unit is up and running.
